About THERAVONG
We obtain our amulets directly from temples in Thailand and document the lives of the revered monks behind them in a searchable archive.
What we do
THERAVONG does two things at once. We keep a growing encyclopedia of Thai monks and the temples they belonged to, and we offer amulets that we obtain directly from those temples.
Why the two go together
An amulet without its story is just an object. We believe anyone acquiring a piece should be able to read who made it, at which temple, in what year, and what tradition surrounds it — before deciding. That is why every piece on this site links back to the monk and the temple it came from.
