Returns policy
Returns accepted within 7 days if a piece does not match what the product page described.
Our position
We describe every piece as accurately as we can and photograph it without retouching. If what arrives does not match what the page said, that is our mistake and we will make it right.
Returns within 7 days
You may return a piece within 7 days of delivery if:
- It does not match the description or photographs on the product page
- It arrived damaged
- The wrong item was sent
The piece must come back unworn, unmounted, and in its original packaging with the certificate.
What we cannot accept
We cannot accept returns simply because you changed your mind, nor pieces that have been mounted in a casing, worn, or altered.
How to start a return
Message us on LINE or reply to your order email within 7 days, with photographs. We will confirm the return address. Once we receive and inspect the piece, we refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Return shipping is at our cost when the fault is ours.
Before you buy
If you are unsure, ask first. We are happy to send more photographs or arrange for you to see a piece in person — that is always better than a return.
